Do I need prior dental or medical experience to apply?+
No prior experience is required. We start from the ground up and teach you everything — from dental terminology and anatomy to chairside procedures and front-office software. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for patient care, you're a great fit.
Is the program accredited?+
Dual Impact Dental Academy operates under the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) registration framework. Your exam fees, fingerprinting, and TSBDE registration are all included in your tuition.
What if I miss a class?+
We understand life happens. Monday online sessions are recorded so you can catch up. Saturday hands-on labs require attendance — if you miss one, we'll work with you to schedule a make-up session before the following week.
Is financial assistance available?+
Yes — tuition assistance may be available to help cover the cost of your program. A $300 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of application and is credited toward your tuition. We offer three flexible payment plans for the remaining balance: pay in full ($6,796 total), a 3-installment plan (3 × $2,232), or a 6-week weekly plan (6 × $1,133). What does the 80-hour externship involve?+
After completing the 12-week classroom program, you'll complete 80 hours of supervised clinical practice at a local dental office. We assist every student with externship placement — this is included in your program, not an extra cost.
Will I be job-ready after 12 weeks?+
Yes. Our curriculum is designed to produce work-ready professionals. The dual-track training means you're qualified for both front-office and clinical assistant roles — a combination most employers actively seek. We also provide resume building and interview coaching as part of the program.
